This tool is provided in order for TAP Air Portugal's Pilots to be able to analyse their monthly rosters.

It receives as an input the Fleet you belong to, and the monthly roster published in PDF file format. You may obtain this file from Portal DOV, under section "ESCALA" -> "PLANEAMENTOS MENSAIS", both using a web browser or myTAP mobile App. After you download the roster file to your device, you may proceed to section "Roster File Submission" below, and submit the file. Don't forget to select your Fleet and checkmark the acknowledgement box.

After file submission, you will be presented with:
(1) A summary of your monthly roster
(2) A detailed section regarding your Standby Duties
(3) A Warnings section, alerting you for any possible CLA violations or limit exceedance
In this situation, references to the applicable regulation will be provided, if useful and available. Additionally, you will be offered the option to report the issue directly to SPAC via e-mail, by clicking on the respective link provided. (Note: you will have to individually click each link of each CLA violation detected, if you so wish.)

PLEASE NOTE:
This tool is targeted at the current CLA "AE-2023". You may use it to validate Rosters from October 2023 onwards.
To validate Rosters previous to July 2023, please use the Roster Submission - AE 2010 Tool.
From July to September 2023 there was a transitioning period which is not dinamically accounted for in any of these tools. For any questions applicable to the transitioning period, please contact SPAC.
